Never the Same – AKA Drew
Drew is a lovely 4-year-old boy who never raced on the track but will race into your heart. He is calm, gentle, house trained, leash trained, and loves to lie with his head in your lap and get his ears scratched. He can climb stairs without any difficulty and loves to lie in the backyard. He gets along well with my two greyhounds and, so far, on the street, has shown no aggression to other dogs, big or small, cats or bunnies (and we have lots of bunnies in our neighborhood). Most of all, he loves being a “companion” being in the same space as another dog or a person just to watch and wait for a treat or a pat. Drew would do well as a second dog or as an only dog, if his peeps were around for at least part of the day.
