In April of 2012 the Easter Bunny decided Cody had been in rescue long enough, and in lieu of colored eggs and treats, gave him a forever home instead. Accustomed to having one or two other dogs around, Cody (now named Brody) wasn’t used to being an only dog but his new people simply let him adjust at his own pace. Once he realized that all the toys, all the treats, all the beds and all the love were his and ONLY his, Brody settled in to the life of an adored (and occasionally spoiled) pup. Lots of walks, trips to the dog park, visits from “cousins” Jenny, Sophie and Mojo, and mad romps in his big back yard with his stuffies… he’s one happy guy!
